Troy Lee Jackson affectionately called "TruLogic" by family and friends was born on April 13, 1969, in Denver, Colorado to Sandra Jackson. He was the first born in the family. He was raised surrounded by his sisters, Antwaunett and Alantia. As a child, Troy was on the go. He enjoyed roaming the neighborhood looking for things to get into. He enjoyed eating and spending time playing with his cousins. He shared a special closeness with his grandmother, Alberta Jackson who was proud to have him in her home. Troy received his formal education in Denver. He graduated from East High School in 1988. He furthered his education by attending Colorado University. He was very athletic and enjoying playing football. He carried a jovial personality and was most often the "life of the party." On December 5, 1999, Troy was blessed with birth of his daughter, Jordan. She brought so much joy and happiness to him and she was the "apple of her father's eye." On March 27, 2009, Troy united in holy matrimony to the former Gina Marie Preheim. They first met while dining at Petes'Café. They were inseparable; when you saw one, you the other. They shared many happy and precious moments together. By profession, Troy was a Pipe Fitter but his all-time favorite job was that of a Delivery Driver for Airborne Express. He truly enjoyed the freedom offered as he traveled throughout the Denver Metropolitan area and surrounding counties. A man of faith and belief in the Lord, Troy accepted the Lord as his personal savior at a very early age. He believed in the importance of having the right relationship with the Lord and living each day with that thought in mind. Troy was a fun loving man, who enjoyed life and those he encircled. In his free time, he loved bike riding, listening to music and watching sport center on television. He enjoyed his visits to Bennigan's sharing stories and laughs after a long work day. His closest friends, his wife, Gina, Mikkel, Derwin and Alan will miss the comraderies' they all shared together, his charisma, sense of humor and his innate ability to always find the positive aspect of any situation. He would often say, "It ain't that serious. It is better to be ready than to have to get ready." He will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known this one of a kind guy. To know Troy was to love him. Troy Lee Jackson departed this life on July 18, 2014, in Denver, Colorado. Those left to cherish his memory and mourn his loss include his wife, Gina M.
