Victor Ramon Lynch was born in February 15, 1964, in Pampa, Texas, to Claudia Anderson and George Payne. Victor’s family moved to Denver Colorado in 1968, where he was raised. He was the oldest of four children in his mother’s family. As a child, Victor was the protector of his siblings and the spark of light in the family. Tending to everyone else’s needs first, putting himself last going above and beyond for those he loved. He always kept up with everyone and how they were doing. Victor attended Cole Jr. High and Manual High Schools in the Denver Public Schools District. He was an outgoing, fun, loving individual who prided himself in spreading love and laughter. He had such the free-spirited personality and would friend just about anybody. Victor loved his daughters and grandsons more than anything and enjoyed the time that he got to spend with what he often referred to as his greatest accomplishments. You could see the joy he held whenever he spoke of or about his girls or boys. “How proud he wasâ₦” In 2016, Vic relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he continued to infect whomever he encountered with his open heart and warming love. He reunited with his daughter and also met many new great friends. He returned to Denver in 2017 and he returned to doing what he was good at and that was cooking for people while working at Denny’s as a Line Cook. Victor had plans to return to Florida to what he referred to as his new home which he loved. Victor loved music. All types of different music from Rock-N-Roll to Classical, R-n-B to Jazz. He always enjoyed being outdoors and traveling. Victor is preceded in death by his father: George Payne and sister, Liz Payne. Victor Ramon Lynch departed this life on August 13, 2018 in Denver, Colorado. He is survived by his daughters, Victoria Lynch (Aurora, CO), Kaitlin Pawelski-Lynch (West Palm Beach, FL); his mother, Claudia Anderson (Desoto TX); grandsons, Jeremiah Darnell Meloncon and Jayce H. Hiatt; brothers, Michael Bradshaw “Scooter” (Dallas, TX), Clyde C. Steele (Aurora, CO), Malo Payne (San Antonio, TX), Darnell J. Steele (Aurora, CO); sisters, Mikki Payne (Dallas, TX), and Keandra M. Thomas (Dallas, TX), loving uncle, Ray Powell (Desoto, TX) and a host of cousins, aunts, other relatives and many caring friends.
