Tuesday Lynn Buskey was born on December 12, 1962, in Denver, Colorado to her parents, Aline A. Buskey and Raymond W. Buskey. She was also blessed to have another father in her life by name of Dwayne Johnson. She was raised surrounded by her brothers, Willie, Dwon and her sisters, Frankie, Tina, Frances, Gwinda, April, and Belinda. As a child, she was independent and strong willed. She loved to dance and sing. Tuesday received her formal education in Denver where she graduated from Manuel High School. She furthered her education by attending Culinary Arts School. Tuesday was the proud mother of two beautiful children, Timisha and Jermaine. She later met Calvin Wilson in Denver. They have been together for over 15 years. The family shared many happy and precious moments together. She was later blessed with four grandchildren, SkyShanee, Michael Tobias, Michael Jarvis and Naylor Zaria who were an additional source of joy and pride in her life. They lovingly called her "Skinny Minnie" and fondly remember her playing monster and making rose suckers. By profession, Tuesday was a Sous Chef. She was employed by Kinder Care, the Denver Public Schools Geneva Glenn Camp and the Denver Rescue Mission. Wherever employed, everybody loved "Miss Tuesday" for her care, compassion and her culinary skills. She was a person who touched the lives of all who came in contact with her. Tuesday was a fun-loving woman who enjoyed life and those she encircled. In her free time, she enjoyed making arts & crafts, spending time with her grandchildren, visiting the Goodwill and making "chaw-chaw." Her closest friend, Yvette Glover will miss the camaraderie's they shared together and the fact that she was a true and trusted friend. She will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known this kind and wonderful lady who will be remembered for her "throw down cooking and baking skills." To know Tuesday was to love her. Tuesday Lynn Buskey departed this life on March 26, 2015, in Thornton, Colorado. Those left to cherish her memory and mourn her loss include her husband, Calvin C. Wilson of Thornton, her daughter, Tamisha M. Buskey; her son, Jermaine D. Buskey; 2 brothers, Willie Buskey and Dwon; 5 sisters, Frankie Smith, Tina Guion all of Denver, CO, Frances Buskey, of Lakewood, CO, April Johnson, Denver and Gwinda (Greg) Washington of Milwaukee, Wi: 4 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and many friends.
