Life’s Journey

Tre’Joun Pierre Walker

The sun rose on the life of Tre’Joun Pierre Walker Sr. on March 1, 2001, in Chicago Illinois. He was the oldest of 4 children from his mother Shalenia Walker-Baskerville and the 6th of 7 children from his father Vernon Owens. His mother was so happy to learn she was having a son. He went everywhere with her. As a child, Tre’Joun would deconstruct electronics and put them back together. Tre’Joun would take a bath and get dirty right afterward on his many adventures. He was fearless and once had an encounter with a beehive that left him stung 7 times. This didn’t slow him down. He was a very versatile, smart, and intelligent child.

Tre’Joun received his formal education at Aurora Central High School. He completed his education by obtaining his GED.

Tre’Joun was a hard-working man and held multiple job titles, but the one he was most passionate about was being a rap artist. He was well known and respected for his musical contributions and streamed on all musical platforms under the artist’s name of Aco Gee Rawlo.

Tre’Joun believed in giving back to his community. He fed the homeless and built bikes for the less fortunate.

In 2016 Tre’Joun met Lyric Pyles and in 2020 the two of them had a son Tre’Joun Walker Jr. They lovingly co-parented their son. When baby Tre’Joun would cry, Tre’Joun Sr. would take him into the studio and put headphones on his ears. This would stop him from crying. He gave baby Tre’Joun the nickname of Stinky. They loved playing together and dressing alike.

In his free time, he enjoyed making music, drawing, and watching his favorite TV shows which included Marvel and DC. He loved to show off his cooking skills and spend time with his loved ones, especially his son. He remained focused on work and finding new ways to make money.

Those who knew him best describe him as being willing to give anything, including his last to his family/ friends. He also had a way with the ladies. His favorite sport to play was basketball.

His best friends were Jerelle, OJ, Darren, Aron, Jody, Lazarus, Larry, Danajha, Kayla, Tay, Kiki, Ari, Zarea and CJ.

He is preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents Gloria Walker, cousin CJ Floyd, and Uncle Lazarus Marshall Sr.

Tre’Joun is survived by his son Tre’Joun Walker Jr., Mother Shalenia (Isaac) Walker- Baskerville, Father Vernon (Carla) Owens, Siblings Dy-Joun Walker, De-Joun Walker, Te-Showan Walker, Vernon Owens Jr., Kendall Owens, Adrian Owens, Christian Owens, Ashley Daniel and Sydney Owens. Many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
