Tracy Lynn Kelly was born on June 23, 1969, in Denver, Colorado to her parents, Henry and Queen Kelly. She was the youngest of four children born in the family. Her siblings, Henry, Jr., Ronald, and Hope remember many fond moments together. Tracy received her early education in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she attended school at Madison High School. Then she went into MATC (Milwaukee Area Technical College) majoring in Business and Management. She furthered her education by completing her an Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Automotive Diesel Technology and Truck Technology. Tracy was the loving and devoted mother of Antwin. Domonice, Avion, and Quenon, who was her pride and joy. She loved to care, nurture and provide the best for her children. In December of 1992, Tracy and her children relocated to Denver, Colorado. They shared many happy and precious moments together. As a woman who believed in God, Tracy joined Heritage Christian Center in 2017, under the leadership of Bishop Dennis Leonard, and First Lady Michelle Leonard. She joined the choir and sung to the glory of God. Her life was full of music; earlier in life, Tracy sung with a group of cousins under the leadership of Bishop Darrell Hines, called, “Darrell and the Family.” She also sung with the Wisconsin State Youth Choir, a 300-voice youth choir under the leadership of Evangelist Queen Kelly. Her accolades include singing with artist such as; Gerald Levert, Oletha Adams, Yolanda Adams, The Clark sisters, James Moore, Donnie McClurkin, Phebe Hines, Mark Harris, and many more. She was a very funny woman who did not shy away from speaking her mind. She said what she meant, and meant what she said. She was a very independent and determined individual. Tracy’s favorite instrument was the tambourine; she was often called, “Jazzy Hands,” and “Lil Mama.” Tracy Lynn Kelly departed this life on July 30, 2017. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Mansfield King, Jr.; her children, Antwin (Kierra) Glaspy, Domonice Glaspy, Avion Glaspy, and Quenon Glaspy; father, Henry Kelly, Jr.: her mother, Queen Kelly; her brothers, Henry and Ronald Kelly; sister, Hope (Everett McGee, Sr.) McGee; her grandchildren, Antwin Glaspy, Jr., Ajayvioan Glaspy, Avondae Glaspy, and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces
