Tavion Harris-Williams

February 16, 1994 — May 5, 2019

On February 16, 1994, Tavion was delivered into the arms of Laotshia Harris and Brandon Williams, in Denver, Colorado. Tavion was the oldest of nine children. As the oldest, he developed a loving and nurturing spirit. He cared for and protected his siblings.

Tavion received his education in the Aurora Public School system. He attended Side Creek Elementary, Mrachek Middle School and Rangeview High School. While at Range View, Tavion played his favorite sports, basketball. He obtained his GED from Community College of Aurora in 2006. Following high school, he worked for various construction companies as a general laborer. Most recently, he worked in landscaping field.

Family, sports and music was Tavion's passion. He was a kind, compassionate and humble man. He was a loyal son, a protective brother and a adoring father. His three children Cassius, 18 months, Kelli, 2 years old and Talaia, 6 years old were the love of his life. He was a father who was hands on in their care. Being with family gave him great joy. When not hanging out with family and friends, Tavion was into sports of all types. His favorite sports were basketball and his team was the Los Angeles Lakers. The Dallas Cowboys were his choice in football and the Colorado Rockies rounded out his top picks. You could always depend on Tavion having music playing, old school, R&B and little bit of Jazz whenever he was home or riding in the car.

It is said that the true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do absolutely nothing for him. Tavion was that man. He was a kind, generous, gentle, loving person. Like a shinning star, he is gone too soon.

On May 5, 2019, Tavion departed this life of natural causes. Preceded him in death is his sister Ashawnty Davis, left to cherish his memory is his mother, Laotshia L. Harris and the father that raised him Anthony Davis, both of Aurora CO, his biological father Brandon M. Williams of Cincinnati, OH, his siblings Anthony Spahn, Lajon, Tariq, Tyshawn, Amarey, Aniyah, and Antaviyah Davis, all of Aurora CO, and a host of relatives and friends.
