Mr. Sylvester Jones, Jr. began life on March 2, 1951, in Greenwood, Mississippi born to Sylvester Jones, Sr., and Ruby Jones. He was the second of six to this union. Junior had three brothers Larry, Terry, Jerry and two sisters Katie and Matasha.
Sylvester was blessed with his daughter Faziah Jackson who gave him three grandchildren, Destinee, Jasmine, and Shawnisha, along with 13 great-grandchildren whom he loved dearly and would do anything for.
Junior went to Houseman Senior High school, shortly after beginning his career as a Construction worker. Sylvester was a hardworking man and often admired the work he did and the accomplishments he made in the many buildings and things he took part in building across the state of Colorado. He loved his job dedicating 30 plus years to Sanders Construction, along with a few others.
Sylvester also had a best friend Bennie that he talked to daily. He was a loving father and phenomenal grandfather. His great grandbabies called him "PaPa". Junior always wanted to go out looking for gold but realized even greater joy in being a very active "PaPa" and grandpa in his grandchildren and great grandchildren’s lives.
In death, Sylvester will join his father Sylvester Jones Sr., Grandparents Bro. & Mother Witherspoon and two brothers Larry & Jerry.
