Shirley Ann Williams was born on March 21, 1952 in Marvell, Arkansas to her parents, Eddie and Doris Wilborn. She was the first born of six children. She was raised around her siblings, David, Eddie, Sandra, Stephanie, and Paula. She was educated in the Kansas City, Missouri School system, where she graduated from Central High School. Shirley was a young girl who knew what she wanted and strived to accomplish her desires. As a young woman, Shirley met and united in marriage with William Trigg. To this union, a son was born, Anthony LaMonze Trigg. This marriage was later dissolved. Shirley and Anthony would create a mother/son bond of love that would never be broken. Shirley later met Malcum Williams, they became inseparable, and on August 31, 1979, they would become one in holy matrimony. The family would enjoy many memorable moments together. Malcum remembers having had a beautiful relationship with Shirley; she was his best friend and love of his life. Shirley was later blessed to have two grandchildren, Brandi, and Julian. They would lovingly call Shirley, "Granny". Shirley began working for AT&T right after high school. In 1970, Shirley relocated to Denver, Colorado and transferred from Missouri to Denver where she continued to work for AT&T. She was a hardworking, generous, loving and caring person. Her co-workers would agree that she was committed and dedicated to the common goals. After 31 years of faithful service as a supervisor at AT&T, Shirley retired. The fellowship with the church members will be greatly missed. In Shirley's free time, she loved to read novels. She was known for her kind heart and love for others. Her best friend, Wanda Mango, will miss the time they shared.
