Russell Cecil Irving, III was born on May 5, 1963, in Denver, Colorado to his parents, Russell Cecil Irving, II and Martha G Davis Irving. He was the fifth child born in the family. He was raised surrounded by his sisters, Delsie, Rushelle, Charmange, and Janine. He received his early education in Denver, Colorado where he graduated from South High School in 1991. Being the only boy in the family, he was naturally spoiled by his mother who loved and adored her only son. His sisters were very protective of him as he was of them. He was extremely close to his sister, Charmagne. This closeness would carry through for the rest of his life. They all shared many happy and precious moments together. Russell was a loving and devoted father of his twins, Jeremy and Joshua. He was later blessed with three grandchildren Harper, Joshua, Jr. and Angelina. He treasured the special moments shared with them whether it was playing video games or just sitting and watching movies. He truly was dependable, and he would often go over and above the call of duty. Funeral service is a caregiving profession and Russell was a True Caregiver. He maintained a closed relationship with many of the staff members regardless of what was going on in his life. His closest friends, Hansel Turner, Randy Woolford, York Lay, David Alexander, and Richard Wright will miss the camaraderie’s they all shared together and the fact that he was a true and trusted friend. He was loved because of his caring and gracious heart. He was the type of person who never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand and would do so with a smile that would lite any room he entered. He was also close to his nieces and nephews and they too shared many happy and memorable moments together. He will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known this one of kind guy.
