Randolph White, Sr. was born to his parents, Jefferson David and Sally Vera White on October 1, 1935 in Ozen, Arkansas. He was the first child born to this union and was raised with his sisters, Lenora, Dorothy, Wanda, Synola and Mary Frances.

Randolph moved to Denver, Colorado after graduating, where he met a lovely young lady named Bettie M. Rhodes. The couple were joined in holy matrimony on October 3, 1959. To this union, Randolph White, Jr., was born.
By profession, Randolph gained employment through the City and County of Denver, where he worked his way up to becoming Supervisor. He would remain in this position until his retirement.

He was a member of the church for 34 years. He knew that his help came from the Lord and wanted to dedicate as much as he possibly could, to his ministry.
