Pledge W. Walker, Jr.

Pledge W. Walker was born on October 29th, 1964 in Denver, CO. Pledge was the fifth child of the late Gloria- Jean Walker and Robert Walker. Pledge was educated in the Denver Public School system. As a child he loved to play football. 

Pledge was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, son and friend. He loved providing for his family, he would take his last and would give it to anyone; that was the type of person he was. Pledge loved working in construction, he was a Machine Operator for 32 years and he was great at what he did.

In his free time, he enjoyed watching sports, he would not miss a game for anything.

Pledge W. Walker departed this life on June 25th 2024 to be with his Lord and Savior. Those left to cherish his memories include his wife, Edna Walker; his siblings, Michael Kirby, Eugene Kriby, Devon Walker (Victor) Winston Walker, Janetta Kirby, Alfred Walker, Brenda Walker; his Children, Pledge R. Walker, Tasia Walker, Saron (James) Stingley, and Pledge William R. Hall; his grandchildren, Kenai Walker, Andrea Walker, Na’stacia Temple, Omar Waters, Omari Fleming, Josiah “JoJo” Stingley, Ja’Khi Stingley and Janayah Stingley; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and friends.

He will be missed and his memories will be cherished forever.
