Michael Cacho Alcantara was born on August 22, 1967, in Denver, Colorado. He was raised with his siblings, Monalisa, James, Corazon, Melania, Ronnie and Yolanda.
Growing up, Michael had a strong bond with his sister Corazon, who carried him on her hip. This early connection laid the foundation for a close-knit family that supported and cherished one another throughout their lives.
Michael was educated at Thomas Jefferson High School, where he attended and graduated in 1985. He then attended Parks College and successfully obtained his associate degree.
Michael had a gift of working with computers and was at one point an IT Specialist and Sr. Desktop Support Specialist; for Merrill Lynch and Great West (now known as Empower).
Outside of work, Michael had a range of hobbies and interests that brought him great joy. He loved spending time outdoors, engaging in activities such as fishing and hunting. He was a family man who cherished time with his children and family. Michael also cherished his friendship with Kevin Babb.
Michael will be remembered by his loved ones as a funny and caring individual who brought joy to the lives of those around him.

Michael leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He is survived by his loving children, Connor and Sydney, who were the center of his world. His fiancée Nova Joy Gutierrez provided him with unwavering support and love throughout their relationship. Michael's siblings Monalisa (Nathaniel), James (Ruth), Corazon (Roy), Melania, Ronnie, and Yolanda will miss him dearly.
Michael Cacho Alcantara's presence brightened the lives of those who knew him. His sense of humor and caring nature will always be remembered. He touched the hearts of many, leaving a lasting impact on his family and friends. Though he will be deeply missed, Michael's memory will continue to inspire and bring comfort to all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
