Lilli Anna Washington was born on July 10, 1962, in Denver, Colorado to Joyce Kelly and Sonny Hackett. Lilli was raised in the greater Park Hill community by her loving second Mother, Elnora Rollings. As a child her siblings remember her love for music and her passion for dancing.
Lilli was formally educated through Denver Public Schools and went on to attend Denver’s legendary Manuel High school. Soon after High School she attained college credits which she was very proud of.
Lilli was a proud mother of two sons, Jermaine Dekwann Rollings and Lenny Dee Roberson. They will always cherish the “Warrior Spirit” that their mother carried in raising them and caring for them. Lilli was later blessed with six grandchildren; Keilun, Jordan, Hailey, Jaden, Khadive and Khi'Ahna who she loved dearly.
Lilli was a woman who enjoyed spending time with friends and family and watching her beloved Broncos. Her closest friends included Doreen Brice, Dorothy Linson, Marva Linson, Tashaira Sanders, Sandra Lampkins, Terry Mitchell, Vernae Roquemore and Mamie Smith. They will always remember her as a fighter who was very passionate about her friends and family, as well as how she loved to have fun. Everyone who knew Lilli knew that she was straightforward and very honest. If you did not want the truth, then you did not want to ask Lilli. She always spoke her mind.
