Lemon Oliver, Jr. was born on June 9, 1966, in Denver, Colorado to his parents, Lemon Oliver, Sr. and Gloria Jean Brown Oliver. He was the second child born in the family. He was raised surrounded by his brothers, Lonnie, Dontae and his sisters, Elisa and Alicia. His family fondly remembers as a child, he enjoyed fixing things and working in the yard. Lemon received his early education in Denver where he graduated from Montbello High School. He furthered his education by completing courses to become a Diesel Automotive Mechanic. In 1986, Lemon began dating Tearia Jones. As the relationship blossomed a daughter, they named Ashley D. Oliver was born and later a son, they named Marcus L. Jones was born. He was a nurturing and caring father who took great pride in providing for his children. He was later blessed with two grandchildren, Jalyjah L. and Jayden A. Jones and a grand dog named "Dash." They all shared many happy and precious moments together. By profession, Lemon was the owner and CEO of Lem-O-Window Tint located in Denver, Colorado. He was hard-working, dedicated and performed his duties with skill and precision. He truly enjoyed being a business entrepreneur and his own boss. In his free time, Lemon enjoyed building collectable cars, he continued fixing things, he loved car shopping for his children and niece. His best friends were given the name, "The Ultimate Six" which included Billy James, Paul Cash who preceded him in death, John Bell, Kendall Palmer, Michael Harris and Thomas White all shared a camaraderie and closeness like brothers. He leaves a legacy of love and a void that can never be filled. To know Lemon was to love him. Lemon Oliver, Jr. departed this life on March 20, 2016, in Englewood, Colorado. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Marcus L. Jones (Taryen Bossen) of Aurora, CO and Ashley D. Oliver of Minot, ND; his stepchildren, Justin Jones, Neisha Fisher, Ciara Jones all of Denver; his mother, Gloria J. Oliver of Denver; his brother, Dontae Nelson, of Denver; two sisters, Elisa L. Oliver and Alicia Oliver both of Denver; 2 grandchildren, Jalyjah L. Jones and Jayden A. Jones both of Denver; his devoted friend, Stephanie Moore of Aurora, and a host of other relatives and many friends.
