On February 22, 1955, Kim Denise Waugh, was entrusted into the loving arms of her parents Beverly Jean and Charles Russell Waugh. She was a bright, intelligent, shy child who was easy to love. Kim attended Loyola Grade School, Morey Junior High and graduated from East High School in 1973. Kim attended Colorado State University for a year. In 1974 Kim met a handsome young man Wayne Randall, who swept her off her feet. Kim and Wayne married and to this union can one beautiful daughter, DeVindra Nyree. As a Military family they traveled in the United States and abroad. DeVindra was a source of joy and become the glue that drew the family together. Throughout her life, Kim worked as a general clerical, data processing, and record retention tech. Her career included employment at United Bank of Denver, now known as Wells Fargo for five years, Mountain Bell for eight years, Federal District Courts for 12 years, and she retired from Denver Health after 13 years of service. Kim enjoyed reading, gardening, puzzles, travel as well as she was a Sci Fi movie fan. She was at peace and content when spending time with her daughter, family, and friends, and enjoying her favorite food, hot dogs. Beloved family members who proceeded her in death: her mother Beverly and two brothers Kevin, and Eric. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter DeVindra (Tariq) Williams, father Charles R. Waugh, sister Robinn Hocker, niece Brittany nephew Tyrone Hocker, Jr. aunt Patricia Kiel, and a host of relatives and friends.
