He would try to sing but couldn’t hold a note and didn’t have any rhythm. James received his formal education in the Denver Public Schools District. He attended Henry Junior High School and later received his General Education Diploma. The proud father of eight children, James, Jr., Janae, Onjarrae, Janasie, Haddasha, JayQue, Jaxson, and Janquil, James loved each one of them with all his heart. James was later blessed with two grandchildren, that gave him a new lease on life. He loved his children and family. He fathered and helped raise his niece and nephew, Ashanti and Trejaun. James was a car dealer, who bought and sold cars for his own business called Vestas. He never told anyone, “No,” his favorite response was, “Ain’t no question, you know.” He would have given his last breath for his family and friends. He had a loving soul that touched everyone.
