Hobert Glen Stephens was born on August 24, 1953 in Rockford, Illinois to his parents of Hobert Glen Stephens, Sr. and Barbara Harris. Hobert went on to father 3 children, Maurice Thomas, Latrisha Redford, Hobert Glen Stephens, III and welcomed 6 grandchildren. Hobert was a beautiful soul with a not so pleasant life at times but he persevered and played the game of life with the cards he was dealt. May Hobert continue with his journey peacefully and in white light. Blessings.
