Geraldo Montoya

Geraldo Leroy Montoya was born to his parents, Cora (Pacheco) Montoya and John Montoya on October 13, 1936 in Monte Vista, Colorado. He was the second oldest of four child born in the family.

He loved spending time with family, being outdoors, going to barbeques, listening to music and dancing. He was always the life of the party and will truly be missed.

He is preceded in death by his father, John Montoya; mother, Cora (Pacheco) Montoya; brothers, Joe and Donald Montoya; sister, Catherine Hernandez; and son, Ricky Montoya.

Geraldo Leroy Montoya, age 86 passed away surrounded by his family and loved ones on Sunday, February 19, 2023 in Denver, Colorado.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Jerry, Robert, Ronnie, Eric, Patricia, Jessica, Lisa, Christi, David and Joseph; step-son, Marlon; 37 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In honor Geraldo, the family suggest to wear orange, white and blue to the visitation.
