Fred Lovell Jackson, affectionately called "Handsome" by family and friends, was born on January 5, 1988, to his parents, Annual Owens and Fred Leon Jackson in Denver, Colorado. He was the first born in the family. He was raised surrounded by his brothers, Quandell, Leon, Javon, and Deon. As a child, he enjoyed playing basketball, football, and riding his bike. Handsome was an exceptional Artist with talents beyond description.

He was a fan of Michael Jackson and often imitated his dance style. He truly enjoyed the times spent in Bakersfield, California and he was quiet young man.

Handsome received his formal education in Denver, Colorado; where he attended George Washington High School. In 2011, he became the partner of the former Latiah Lee in Aurora, Colorado. The first met while attending a social gathering in Aurora. He was the proud father of a daughter, Aaliah. He was the stepfather of Skylar. The family enjoyed watching movies, having long talks together and joking with each other.

Handsome was a fun-loving man, who enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. His closest friend, "SK" will miss the camaraderie's they shared together and the fact that he was a true and trusted friend. His favorite saying, "its Chess not Checkers." Handsome was a kind and loving man who will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known this one of kind guy. To know Fred Lovell "Handsome" Jackson was to love him.

He is preceded in death by Doris Jones, Tyraee Johnson and Arthur Hill.

Weep not for me though I am gone; into that gentle night.

Grieve if you will but not for long, I am at peace,

my soul’s at rest. There is no need for tears.

Please do not dwell upon my death,

but celebrate my life.

Fred Lovell "Handsome" Jackson departed this life on February 10, 2019, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Those left to cherish his memory and mourn his loss include his wife, Latiah C. Lee; his parents, Annual N. Owens and Fred Leon Jackson, step-mother, Renise "Chick" Calhoun; his children Aaliah S. Lee and Skylar R. Parker; his brothers, Quandell (Markesha) Owens, Leon Jackson, Deon Jackson, and Javon Calhoun; his grandparents, Sharon Gamble and, Norris Jackson, Georgetta Calhoun; his auntie, Avis Bonds, his uncle, Arnell Jones, his auntie, Quandra Owens, his auntie, Talea Burton; 5 nieces; 2 nephews; his cousins, Talaya, Deandre, Gequan; his uncle "G" Glen Walls, and a host of other relatives and many friends.
