Donna Alexis

Donna Marie Alexis was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 6, 1968 to her parents, Don Alexis and Earleen Jackson. Donna was the third child born out of five children. She was blessed with siblings, Danny Billings, Michael Alexis, Sherill Alexis and Christopher Alexis. Donna was very close to her siblings, and they loved hanging out together most of the time.

Donna attended school in the Denver Public Schools District, graduating from the legendary Manual High School in Denver, Colorado. She was a proud graduate of the class of 1982.

A proud and confident woman, she was known as the "Fashionista of Colorado." She was definitely a "Go-getta," as her family affectionately knew her to be. Donna was a woman with an incredible heart and loving spirit. As a trailblazer, Donna pursued her greatest desire of owning her own business which she named "Trezur's Kitchen". All her customers and family member will never forget how she ran her business with honesty and loyalty throughout the community. To know Donna was to love Donna.

Donna Marie Alexis departed this life on February 10, 2019. She is survived by her loving children, Koskei (Shazeeda) Johnson; two daughters, Molia Phillips and Dakahnea Bahn; two grandchildren, Justice Phillips and Zawadi Johnson; her brothers, Danny Billings, Michael Alexis, Christopher (Nakia) Alexis; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
