Dolores Mary Wooding was born on November 5, 1935, in Rancho de Taos, New Mexico to her parents, Eliud Martinez and Rumalda Trujillo. She was the third child born in the family. She received her formal education in New Mexico. She started working in the veggie fields when she was young. She was extremely close to her grandmother, Josephine and enjoyed spending quality time with her family. She also enjoyed going to dances with her sisters. Dolores was the proud mother of three beautiful children, Gary, Judy and Ronald. She was a mother whose pride and joy was the care and nurture of her family. Dolores met David Naranjo in Denver, Colorado. They shared many happy and memorable moments together. At the time of her passing, they had been together for over twenty four years. She was later blessed with three grandchildren, Brianna, Desirae and A'Niyah and one great grandson, A'Rmani who all were and additional source of joy and pride in her life. Dolores was employed with Paradise Cleaners in Denver for many years. She is remembered as being hardworking, dedicated and one who worked well with others. Dolores has been a member of St. James Catholic Church for over twenty two years. She truly enjoyed sharing and worshipping with her church family. She was a fun-loving person who enjoyed life and those she encircled. In her free time, she enjoyed visiting the "Hills", shopping, dancing, visiting parks and spending quality time with her grandchildren and other family members. Her doors were always opened and she enjoyed cooking and making visitors feel welcome and well fed. She will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known this kind and wonderful woman. To know Dolores was to love her. Dolores Mary Wooding departed this life on January 21, 2015, in Denver, Colorado. Those left cherish her memory and mourn her loss include her loving and devoted companion, David J. Naranjo, Denver; 1 son, Gary Gallegos (David Klamann), Las Vegus, NV; 1 daughter, Judy A. Gallegos, Denver; 2 brothers, Donald J. (Becky) Martinez, Johnstown, CO and Robert (Evelyn) Martinez, Aurora; 4 sisters, Flora Martinez, Johnstown, CO, Cordy Duran, Ft. Collins, CO, Cecelia Trujillo, Westminister, CO and Patsy (Tim) Evans, Colorado Springs, CO; 3 grandchildren, Brianna Gallegos, Desirae A. Mallard and A'Niyah T. Livingston all Denver and 1 great grandson, A'Rmani I Rocha, Denver and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and many friends.
