Damian Lee Buckman affectionately called "Dae Dae" by family and friends was born on March 25, 1990, in Denver, Colorado to his mother, Chonita C. Taylor. He was the second child born in the family. He was raised surrounded by the love of his sister, Whitney and later his brother, Kedrick, Jr. He was also blessed to have Kedrick, Sr. as a father who was influential in his life. Damian was born with Cerebral Palsy but he was a young man, who lived life to the fullest. His mother fondly remembers Damian getting mad if his food wasn't coming as fast as he would have liked it. He loved the time shared with his family. If he was attending a party, he was the life of the party never having a dull moment. He loved watching action movies and enjoyed being pushed fast in his wheelchair. Damian received his early education by attending the Denver Public Schools. He graduated from Montbello High School as an honor roll student. He loved going to school and the time spent with his teachers and fellow students. Damian was a fun loving young man, who enjoyed life and those he encircled. He loved listening to music and being surrounded by his family. He had a special bond with "Lady" the family pet dog. The joy watching the two of them was sure to bring a smile on your face. He loved football but was an avid Denver Bronco fan. His smile would light up any room he entered and he would show a brighter smile when he saw food. Precious are the memories, well done Damian. Take Your Rest; we all loved you but God knows best. Damian Lee Buckman departed this life to the embrace of the Lord on November 26, 2016, in Aurora, Colorado. Those left to cherish his memory and mourn his loss include his mother, Chonita C.
