Anastasia Monique Desersa was born on December 7, 1987 in Denver, Colorado to her parents, Terri Lee Desersa and Lawrence Hudnall. She was the third child born in the family. From a young age, Anastasia was very active. She played sports, ran around everywhere and was known to be a tom boy. She was close with her cousins, Lalo and Cherita and they continued to grow together through the years. Anastasia was educated through Denver Public Schools where she attended Manuel High School. During this time, she cultivated a strong foundation that would support her nurturing spirit.
Anastasia was one of the most genuine people you could ever meet. She was positive, gracious, and had quite the sense of humor. She excelled as a mother to her beloved sons, Steven Older, Jr. and Elias Olden, and daughter, Lacree Olden. She invested all of the time she possibly could into her children, disciplining when necessary but more importantly showing them love and life skills.
Anastasia embraced life to the fullest. In her free time, she enjoyed jamming out to music, visiting the mountains, fishing, and got adrenaline rushes every time she went to the casino. These hobbies not only brought her joy but also reflect how she embraced time with her family and friends.
Anastasia's life was characterized by love, laughter, and countless memories. She has left a mark on the hearts of her family and friends, and her memory will forever resonate within them.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Terry Lee Desersa and sister, Sinead Jones
Anastasia is survived by her children, Steven Olden, Jr., Lacree Olden and Elias Olden; siblings, Juanita, Robert, Russell, Darnell, Consuelo, Emmanuel, Lawrence, Patrick, and Jalissa, and Stephanie,. Her affectionate bond extended to her grandmother, Rose; father-in-law, Jack, Sr., and mother-in-law, Virginia. Anastasia also leaves behind a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were touched by her warmth.
