Life’s Journey
Davin DaRayle Saunders was born on August 23, 1983 in Suitland, MD to his parents Kaye Denise and Norman Saunders Jr. He was the third child of 4 and he was raised with his siblings, Natasha, Kendra, and ChȳRonda.
As a child, Davin enjoyed riding his bike around the neighborhood with his friends, David, Alex and Leroy. He also enjoyed playing tetherball and even learned a technique of blowing warm air in his hands to make the ball go faster.
Davin’s family later relocated to Colorado, where he was educated through Cherry Creek Schools. He attended Eaglecrest High School and Grandview High School. He later received his GED. Davin furthered his education by attending the Community College of Aurora, earning a degree in business.
Davin moved to California for additional opportunities and perfected his craft in culinary arts. He worked his way up to becoming a manager for a Soup Plantation in Upland, California.
Those who know Davin would best describe him as loyal, honest, and caring. He was always ready with a joke to make everyone bust out laughing and knew how to lighten the mood. He was the proud father of, Carmiela O’Neal, Devin Saunders, Dayvon Saunders and Milo Saunders. He made a point to be apart of his children’s lives and to teach them based on life experiences he had.
