  7. To the family of my friend Twyla Pouncy. We were friends in high school, and even when we went off to college.
We met back up when I was working at 7-11 part time at night. On Tuesday evenings, she would make her way up to Churchs chicken for her dad, and on her way back she would unexpectedly bring me a two piece chicken dinner too.
In passing by the store we would conversate.
Time went by, but we would see each other, in passing, stop and catch up were we left off at.
Rest in peace my friend Twyla Pouncy.

    Rhneea Juniel

  9. My heartfelt condolences to the family. I’ve known Twyla for years. She and my mother worked together at the beauty shop on Colorado Boulevard and 29th. I knew her as Twinkie. I hadn’t seen her for years and years until about a year ago. She used to get on my bus and ride with me, and boss all my passengers around and tell everybody what to do. I hadn’t seen her in the last couple of months and every time I pass her stop, I’m always looking for her. If only I had known the last time I saw her would be the last, when I helped her off the bus and gave her a hug I would have held on a little longer. Twinkie, “The storm is over now”.. Soar with the angels!! No more pain, suffering nor sorrow!! Rest in Paradise!!

  10. Dear Deb, and all Miss Twyla’s loved ones:

Please accept my deepest condolences on “Twinkie’s” passing. Though we’ve been neighbors and dear friends for a while now, Deb, I never had the pleasure of making her aquaintance…and I really regret that. Since she rests with the Lord now, I hope you’ll introduce us when our time here comes to an end.

May God bless and comfort you as I have asked him to.

  11. Debbie and family, my deepest condolences and may God give you all Peace and Comfort. May she R.I.P.
