As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends, as well as be strengthened by your faith.”

  6. Our sympathy and prayers are with Mrs. Shead, the Shead family and extended family.
Mr Shead and Mrs Shead are institutions in this community – besides having the best barbeque in town, they helped and supported so many people.
It is Thanksgiving today and I remember volunteering with many others to help him serve the Thanksgiving meals to anyone who felt that they needed a dinner and also delivering meals to seniors who could not get out of their homes.
Although I did not know Mr Shead personally, his generosity, support and friendliness lives on in the lives of his children and grandchildren. They are certainly blessed to have had him as a patriarch of the family.

  7. The Lord give the and the Lord take away. I will always remember Mack as a gentle giant. He would always make me laugh. He fought the good fight and always loved everyone that came in touch with him. RIP my friend, brother, and brother-in-law. You will be truly missed. God please keep this family in your loving care.

  10. On behalf of the Hatch Family we Express our condolences to the William family. Mack was a good friend to our family for years. We will always remember his kindness and contributions to the community. May God give you His comfort and peace during this sorrowful and difficult time

  11. Mr. Mack, will always be remembered as an individual that had a vision of ownership.
M & D’s restaurant on 28th! Operated together with his wonderful wife Mrs. Daisy and their children. I’m going to miss playing “tunk”, with him and joking with everyone while playing (telling his “momma” Mrs. Daisy” that he needed some more money πŸ˜„! and Mrs. Daisy, responding “leave me alone Mack”! Fun times he will definitely be missed and I always enjoyed his presence because he was in good spirit, enjoying what he loved to do before taking his graceful journey into the heavenly gates!

God makes no mistakes and has gained a GOLDEN NUGGET IN THOSE PEARLY GATES OF HEAVEN!

  12. To the Family of Mack Shead: As you walk through this time of loss, may you know that the Lord walks with you and He will comfort you.
