  1. That my mother was my rock my everything. She will be sorely missed. She meant the world and to her family most of all. No one could have asked for a greater mother. I thank God for her and her life, and giving her to us. Also allowing us this opportunity to have shared her life. She will be sorely missed, and I’ll always love and remember her. Rest in peace mom you’ve earned it!

    Love, Dawn J. Clewis

  2. Mom, you have always been my everything: my best friend, my confidant, my strength and my wisdom. Your unconditional love and support has always overshadowed any setbacks and hardships I’ve faced. Even now, I miss your laugh, your knowing gaze, the sound of your voice and all the little things that never changed. Home just doesn’t feel like home without you there to greet me. I don’t know how to go on the rest of my life without having you by my side. I don’t know if my heart will be able to accept such a monumental loss in my life, but I will do what I know you would tell me to do: trust in the Lord that His will be done and ask Him to give me the strength and wisdom to navigate this difficult path in my life. The Lord has called back to Heaven an angel from earth to reside in His Holy presence, and that angel is my mother. You were loved and I still feel your love all around me. May the Lord keep your beautiful spirit safe in His hands until the day I see and touch you again. I love and miss you always and forever. Love, your baby, Daniel R. Gamble

  3. Nana I love you, and I’ll always miss you and I loved having you for my grandmother. And I thank the Lord. That he had finally put you at peace. From all of your sickness And that I’ll always miss you in my heart and LIFE , and I’ll always remember to visit you at your grave site. And never forget you. Love Always Nicky.

  4. Nana,
You helped teach me a lot of different things, showed me it was okay to open myself up to those around me, it was okay for me to speak up. You always was a pillar of strength and a pillar of love, not only did people gravitate towards you, but you lived your life to serve others, and give back to those who were needy. I remember all the wonderful and beautiful memories we shared as a family, and all the times we shared the precious moments you were apart of, I hope you know how thankful and gracious I am that you were apart of my life and my story. I love you nana, may Gods peace be with you, May Gods love forever carry you, and may Gods and your spirit always remain within us.

    • Thank you, Aunt Mary. For your condolence. Love you, too. Sorry. It’s been a while since you and I have spoke. Hopefully our time will come soon. Love you. Bye.

  5. Momma you have left a great big hole in my heart, Now what am I suppose to do? I tell you this is not going to be easy, who now am I suppose to call on when I’m going through or hurting or just need to talk/vent. You was always there for all of that. Now when I look at my phone and get that impulse and want to dial your phone number just to hear your voice, you want be there, now what am I to do? You know I use to always tell you that you had the most pleasant voice I have ever heard, I just loved listening to your voice, In fact you know to this day I still have your voicemail on my phone, I often play it just to hear the sweet sound of your voice. Now who knew that you would go Platinum, now I will have to keep it for for sure, because that’s the closes I will ever get to you ever again. i loved you then i love you still i always have i always will. I want be selfish and say that I would ever wish you back to this evil and wicked world no I want do that, and Im not going to tell you goodbye, no no no but what I will tell is, I love you dearly and I will miss you immensely till we meet again, and by the way please hold a place for me. Love always your daughter Kimberly

  8. Mama,
Thank you for one of life’s most important lessons, that is how to stand firm in your convictions and how to fight through the opposition. Again, you showed us how to do so with your courage and strength in your final hours. I love you. I know now you are soaring with the angels and your heart has gained its wings. I know you’re watching over us whatever this world may bring. I know you live in Heaven now and that I must go on using your strength and courage that made you who you were. I will dearly miss you. I know my heart will ache for you, until my time is done. Mama you’re a symbol of
strength and courage. Thank you for some of life’s lessons for they have come in handy numerous times. These lessons I assure you will be cherished and passed along to my own children.

How I wish that I was writing this letter under better circumstances. Yet, I want you to know how much I remember you for a strong, often times silently watchful yet very present woman, whom I loved and love to this day. I remember you as a woman who enjoyed the wealth of her family, and was always enjoyed by them in return. On this next journey that you enter into I pray that God allows you to take that same warmth with with you, with all my love.

    • To my Mother-in-law:
In loving memory of a wonderful woman. We will love you and miss you always.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me bring love.
Where there is offense, let me bring pardon.
Where there is discord, let me bring union.
Where there is error, let me bring truth.
Where there is doubt, let me bring faith.
Where there is despair, let me bring hope.
Where there is darkness, let me bring your light.
Where there is sadness, let me bring joy.
O Master, let me not seek as much
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love,
for it is in giving that one receives,
it is in self-forgetting that one finds,
it is in pardoning that one is pardoned,
it is in dying that one is raised to eternal life.

  16. Dear Family,
Mere words could never express how sorry for the loss of your dear, dear mother. Mrs. Gamble was a beautiful, sweet, loving, kind and generous person with a warm heart. ❤️ She made me to feel as part of her family, and always welcomed in her home. The last time I visited with her, she showed me her lovely doll collection. So glad I had this time with her. I will miss her. My prayers 🙏🏽 go out to my friend Kimberly and all of the family during this time of grief and beavement. May our Heavenly Father give you the strength, comfort and courage to face each day. 22. Mother Gamble, all though we only met once for a few hours I remember something that you said, concerning Kimberly and myself and that was, I seem to care about Kim. That was a statement that was born out of wisdom and your Spirit of discernment, and one that told me that you agreed with our marriage. It wasn’t said out of appeasement nor was it said to make anyone feel good it was said out of the spirit of a mother that loves her daughter and thought that the man that her daughter had chosen to marry cared for her, this comment came from your spirit. Mother Gamble, you will be missed by your family, your church and the many lives that you touched during your time here with us. God doesn’t make mistakes so we must understand that he had some heavenly nursing assignments for you to attend to.

  23. Mother Gamble, we only met once but you said something to everyone that was gather at your house, and that was that I cared about Kim. That was a mother speaking out of her spirit of discernment, because we had never meet. It also was I believe your way of telling Kim that you were ok with our marriage. Mother Gamble you are loved by your Family, your Church, and the many lives that you touched during your time here with us. We all know that God doesn’t make mistakes, so therefore he must have some heavenly nursing duties that you need to attend too. You will be missed but you will also be remembered. Enjoy your heavenly home!!!

  24. I know you are in a better place now and trust that your Grandson will truly miss you and it hurts to hear that you are gone but Love always – Trey
