  1. Pastor Maxwell and I loved this beautiful lady! She was so sweet and everytime we came to Unity she would have that little smile and made us feel like she was glad to see us there and say something funny along the way. I am hurt but God knows best. Sister Debra please know that our love and prayers are with you and the immediate family and the Unity church family because she is going to be missed by everybody.

  2. My Dear Grandma is the highlight of my entire life. I love her to life!!!! I miss you every waking moment. Love your forever , Your Shaleah.

  3. Ms. Edith.. a beautiful soul! We used to enjoy bowling and sharing a lot of laughs together many years ago. Rest well my friend.. see you again in the clouds!!

  4. My Dearest Friend and Sister, Edith Lewis, I’m going to miss you so much. You were my only Fishing Buddy, always ready to bait up and catch some fish. Thank you for willingness to share sewing projects with me. I will always love you. When you have settled in your Eternal Mansion, I look forward to hearing from you. God Bless You.

  5. Beautiful, warm & so loving…that was Ms. Edith! She was the most gracious soul I ever had the pleasure of knowing. She always had time to listen. Always had time for giving you a blessing when you were down or had troubles. Whenever you saw her she had a bright, warm, welcoming smile for you. No matter what type of day you were having she would brighten it up in an instant! I’m so glad I had the pleasure of working with her for so many years. She will be truly missed. I know God has big plans for her.
My deepest heartfelt condolences to Debra, Shaleah & all the family.

  6. Praying comfort and strength for our family at the Home Going of our beautiful and beloved cousin, Mother Edith! It will not be the same when we fellowship at Unity, and not be greeted with your lovely smile! Looking forward to seeing you in Heaven!!

  7. Dear Edith: Rest softly and at peace in the arms of GOD. I very much enjoyed getting to know you when you and your father Kenneth used to visit Phil when he was in hospice. I was grateful because Phil so enjoyed your visits. Say “Hey” to Phil for me when your Spirits meet. Much love…

  8. I worked with Mrs. Edith and Debra Lewis at Cherry Creek Schools Transportation. They were the most beautiful spirited women that I had the pleasure of knowing for a short while. I remember asking Mrs. Edith when I would see her coming in to work or coming back from her trip. Where did/are you going? And she would smile and tell me. I would love to ask her and see what adventure she went on for that day. She was always so graceful. God Bless you Debra and Family she will be in my heart as well.

  9. I will miss you at our potlucks you were the head of the family, sleep in peace my dear cousin🙏 love and miss you.
